RCM OUTLINE

When you engage Red Chair, you'll quickly realize that we're nothing like any other agencies. We won't toss confusing marketing lingo around to impress you and we won't bore you with long, cookie-cutter presentations. Our only goal is to help you grow your business.

Introductions First

The first thing we'll do is schedule a 15-30 minute telephone call with you so we can learn more about your business, the products and services that you offer, your goals, budgets, etc. During this call, we'll ask questions and you can too. There is no fee for this call.

Relationship Next

After our introduction, if a project has been well-defined (i.e.: a 5x7 direct mailer designed by next Friday at noon), then we'll email you our standard Consulting Agreement and a Scope of Work document outlining any deliverables, due-dates, and fees. Once those documents are agreed upon and executed, we'll get to work. If you're not sure where to start with your marketing and need advice, we will schedule a more in-depth meeting with you. After the meeting, we can then draft a proposal outlining one or more specific projects, our approach, key milestones, deliverables, and fees.

Proposal Follows

When we send you a proposal, in the form of a Scope of Work document attached to our standard Consulting Agreement (an agreement with no monetary obligations that simply outlines our legal relationship). In the Scope of Work, we may propose hourly fees, project fees, or a retainer.
